Vivi IGT (Typical Geographic Indication) Toscana Rosso is produced with grapes coming only from our vineyards, using 50% Sangiovese, 35% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Every variety is picked up and vinified by itself, in order to extract all the best to get a very special wine. At the end of fermentation the blend is done and wine starts the refinement in oak for 30 months before to be bottled. Refines in bottle for 12 months before beginning the selling.
This wine is born to express the power of this terroir using different varieties. We were able to put in the bottle the Tuscan character that comes from our history and our traditions. This is why it was named Vivi: it means live, but mainly it is the nickname of the most important member of our family, our mother. So we want to express all our love for this land, for the products we do and in particular the wine.
