It is officially started the Carbon footprint project in collaboration with Consorzio della Denominazione di San Gimignano.
The aim of this project is to understand the most important factors that influence the Carbon footprint of the Vernaccia di San Gimignano bottles from vineyard to shelf.
We take part in the project.
