The Campochiarenti Vin Santo del Chianti is a sweet wine that ages many years in the traditional "caratelli" (little oak barrel similar to the "barriques" but having different sizes). During this time the body becomes fantastically round and the flavour so rich to be able to match perfectly with sweet cookies, but, maybe better, is also a meditation wine after dinner.
